At Carni Paws, we take pride in providing the highest quality frozen
products to ensure your pets get the best nutrition. Due to the
perishable nature of the products, we have specific policies regarding
returns and refunds.
Frozen Products
We do not accept returns or exchanges on frozen or perishable goods. All
sales are final once the products have left our facility and been
delivered to your chosen address.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled or incorrect, please contact us at
info@carnipaws.co.za within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Please
include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and
clear photos of the product and packaging.
If your claim is approved, we will either replace the product or offer
store credit at our discretion.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it
has not yet been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
